From the message shared with families and staff of Parkside High School, Parkside CTE and the Prince Street Prekindergarten classroom at Parkside CTE this evening, by phone and email:
We’re pleased to inform you that the necessary repairs to the pipe that burst on Monday have been completed. The water is back on at Parkside and the school is ready to welcome back students and staff Wednesday morning.
We’d like to thank all of our students, families and staff members for their flexibility and patience today as we dealt with this unanticipated issue at Parkside High. We also extend our thanks to the City of Salisbury for quickly working with us to turn off the water to the building so the pipe could be repaired. We’re ready to reopen the doors on Wednesday for a full day of instruction for all of the students who are served at Parkside and Parkside CTE. Thank you.
