Four Parkside High School student-athletes, Maci Funk, Reagan Streng, AJ Agoglia, and Mady Bleile, recently attended the Bayside Athletics Leadership Conference at Salisbury University, where they gained valuable insight into developing their leadership skills and understanding their roles both on and off the field. The day included a small group session with Dr. Siers to complete the LPI 360 assessment, followed by engaging sessions on student leadership growth, applying leadership skills, a coaches Q&A, and an admissions tour, all of which provided meaningful experiences to support their continued development as leaders.
