
Justin Riddleberger, Drum Major of the Parkside “Marching Rams” and Parkside High Class of 2026, has been accepted into the Phantom Regiment Drum Major Academy and will travel to the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio for the event in late June. The Phantom Regiment drum and bugle corps has won the Drum Corps International World Championship title twice (1996 and 2008) and has been a DCI World Championship finalist every year since 1978. Graduates of their Drum Major Academy have served as drum majors and directors of some of the finest marching ensembles in the world, including elite collegiate programs and “World Class” Drum and Bugle Corps.
Congratulations, Justin… and good luck to the “Marching Rams” as they begin preparations for next fall’s marching season!

Parkside had 2 pieces of artwork selected for the 2025 Superintendent's Art Collection. The first piece of artwork was done by Jillian Anderson (11th grade) and the 2nd piece was created by 11th grader Jeremiah Bradley in his Creative Arts class. We're so proud of you Jillian and Jeremiah!

Reese Howard was recently recognized by the Wicomico County Council for winning the state title in the pole vault this past season. Here is Reese with his certificate of recognition.
